At Muggies, we take pride in every design we create and every mug we print — made with love, care, and quality. We want you to be completely happy with your order. That said, we also understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Returns (3-Days)

If you receive a non-customized mug that is incorrect, damaged, or not what you expected — don’t worry! You may return it within 3 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

Custom/Personalized Mug Orders

We’re truly sorry, but customized mugs are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This is because:

  • Each personalized design is created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
  • Custom mug orders are produced only after your approval of the design preview.
  • We work closely with you via WhatsApp or email to ensure you’re 100% satisfied before printing.

We hope you understand that once printed, your personalized mug becomes uniquely yours — and that’s what makes it so special!

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your mug arrives broken or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • Your order number

We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund right away.
